Bonefish Grill’s March Martini Madness

    • Crab & Avocado Salad: This refreshing starter featured jumbo lump crab, creamy avocado, mango, and crispy tortilla strips, all tossed in a tangy lime vinaigrette. The accompanying Castaway Cosmo Martini, with Absolut Vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, mango, and lime, perfectly matched the bright and fresh flavors of the salad.

 

    • Scallops & Shrimp Scampi Pasta: A crowd favorite, this dish featured roasted shrimp and scallops served over linguine in a rich white wine butter sauce. Paired with the Hpnotiq Martini—a blend of Hpnotiq, Malibu rum, and pineapple juice—this martini’s tropical flavors harmonized beautifully with the seafood pasta.

 

    • Rockefeller Butterfish: The third course showcased Alaskan Sablefish topped with creamy spinach, jumbo lump crab, and lemon butter sauce, alongside fresh asparagus. This buttery fish was complemented by the Enchanted Rose Martini, crafted with Grey Goose Vodka, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, and fresh lemon sour, poured over a butterfly pea flower ice cube that added a touch of magic.

 

  • Drunken Coconut Pie: The evening ended with a slice of decadent coconut pie drizzled with a Myers rum sauce and topped with fresh whipped cream. Paired with the Island Breeze Martini—Tito’s Vodka, passion fruit, and pineapple juice—this dessert took diners on a sweet escape to a tropical paradise.
