All-day breakfast has returned at Parlor Doughnuts in Columbus, bringing back popular items along with two new menu additions: a refreshing Açaí Bowl and a Spinach Pesto Sandwich.
You guys went nuts for their avocado toast and breakfast sandwiches when I first posted them a few months ago. Now, they’re all back, plus the two new goodies, and yes, I’m here right now eating them 🤪.
New Additions
Açaí Bowl: First up, a refreshing and delicious Açaí bowl featuring organic Açaí, almond butter, granola, banana, strawberries, chia seeds, goji berries, shredded coconut, and cacao nibs. This bowl is packed with plenty of goodies, and I couldn’t even finish it all. The Açaí was refreshing, and the contrast of its smooth texture with the crunch from the granola and the unique flavor profile of the goji berries caused my taste buds to celebrate. This is a MUST TRY!
Spinach Pesto Sandwich: The next new item is a magnificent Spinach Pesto sandwich featuring egg, basil pesto (so good), Gouda cheese, and spinach on ciabatta or your choice of bread. The Gouda cheese and basil pesto give this dish so much flavor. Who else loves Gouda like me?
When you bite into it, you get that warm ciabatta with the melted Gouda cheese first. Then you get the freshness of the spinach with a nicely seasoned egg. And then you get that amazing basil pesto that I could eat on anything! It’s light, delicious, and is running for mayor of flavor city.
Returning Favorites
They’ve also brought back your favorites like their Avocado Toast, featuring egg, rosemary oil, avocado, and tajin on sourdough along with everything bagel seasoning. And their bacon or sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich is served on a plain Jane doughnut!
